HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
|Gilgit-Baltistan Police is the only Provincial Department which has successfully computerized data of 1,89,185 non-gazetted and 832 gazetted officers in the HRMIS. The previous manual system has been done away with and the transfer/postings presently are being done through system generated orders.|
Basically the internal Human Resource Management of Gilgit-Baltistan Police is being done through the system and with one click the total service record of the police officers/officials can be retrieved. This system would go a long way in the carrier planning and decision making by the supervisory officers as regards to their subordinates. It is also integrated with Police Station Record Management System and Biometric Attendance System.
Tourist Police GB in collaboration with Tourism Department GB will establish tourist facilitation centers in GB; Zero Point Chilas Thalichi, Nanga Parbat View Point Sakwar, Gilgit Rahimabad Gilgit Rakaposhi, Nagar Ataabad Lake, Hunza Kachura, Skardu Khachik, Astore Phandar, Ghizar Haramosh, Gilgit

2.To provide the information & guidelines about tourist destinations.
3.To facilitate the seamless movement of tourists.
4.To assist the tourists in distress or emergency or disastrous situation.
